Configure your Twilio account credentials and application settings
Twilio Credentials
Enter your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and Business Profile SID
Found in your Twilio Console dashboard
Keep this secret and never share it
Found in Trust Hub → Customer Profiles. Required for toll-free verification.
Getting Your Business Profile SID
Required for toll-free number verification
1. Open Trust Hub
2. Find Your Primary Business Profile
Look for your approved business profile (shows as "Twilio-Approved")
3. Copy the Business Profile SID
It starts with "BU" followed by 32 characters. This is required for submitting toll-free verifications.
Note: Since you already have A2P 10DLC set up, you should have an approved Business Profile. The same profile is used for toll-free verification.
Getting Started
How to find your Twilio credentials
1. Log in to Twilio Console
Go to console.twilio.com and sign in to your account.
2. Find your Account Info
On the dashboard, you will see your Account SID and Auth Token in the "Account Info" section.
3. Copy and Paste
Copy both values and paste them in the fields above. Make sure to keep your Auth Token secret.
Security Note: Your credentials are stored locally in your browser and are never sent to any external server except Twilio's API.
Data Management
Manage your stored data and settings
This will remove all stored credentials, verification requests, and phone number data.
